when I talk about my work….

never boring, always innovative in its simplicity, my jewelry is
inspired by a lifelong love of our natural environment and of the human body

my real woman series, began almost 25 years ago when I was teaching myself how to make jewelry…
I discovered ways to saw out faces and bodies from flat sheets of silver

my focus now is to find these bodies and faces in a seed pod or slice of ebony or in a turtle shell and cat bones,
then integrate silver and bronze to create wearable art!

all this goodness is shown in my studio located in Austin, Tejas...
